She assists prominent US and Jamaican clients with trademark prosecution, enforcement and litigation before the USPTO, US Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and United States District Courts, and the Jamaican Intellectual Property Office (JIPO). In her practice, she also serves as outside General Counsel for a number of clients, handling routine corporate formation, contract, real estate and intellectual property matters, and has consulted with US firms and clients on Jamaican litigation and other legal matters.

Ms. Hsia graduated from Harvard Law School in 2003 after getting her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brown University in 1997.
